Desire Poem by WR. Dutton

Desire

Death is my desire
Let me not wait
Come to me quickly
Purge my hate

Steel is my friend
Gleam in my eyes
Plunge into my heart
Bring my demise

Misery is my Church
Let me worship within
Kneel at the altar
Repent of my sin

Pain is my lover
Bed me well tonite
Sate my passion
Vanquish my light

Death is my desire
Rid me of my strife
Stop my suffering
End my life
