Like the first of mornings

The soft sunshine
Lighting your eyes
Bringing us blessings

I feel your voice
Travel the world
And desires
Bloom like flowers

Whose aroma
Seeps through the yellow plastered walls
Of my room
And mixes with coffee
And cheap cigarettes

These days I play
Hide and seek
With you

Though you are long gone
I hear you
Like the leaves
Hear the winds

And wait for you
Just like the stars
Wait for the night
