Determined Poem by Tamela Ellis

Greatness requires determination more or
less.
Ones future is determined by their present
success.
Positivity is the most important
key,
But above all it is God who strengthens
thee.
Giving her a boost to make her
day.
Shedding great light along the
way.
Life's disappointments are merely wake up
calls.
She gets up, dusts off, and starts over after she
falls.
Believing in the wonders which her future
holds.
She dreams of the beautiful day in which it all
unfolds.
She longs to prosper, and is determined to
win.
For her rise to the top is about to
begin.
She takes back control of her
life,
And places it in God's
hands.
Her destiny is to be taken to foreign
lands.
She closes her eyes visualizes the
flights.
As she spreads her wings, she sings, while taken to new
heights.
Determination is a
must.
She thinks to herself, 'do it or
burst'.
Wondering, plotting, planning her next
move.
So very determined because she really has a lot to prove!
