Different Perspective - Poem by David Walmo
Every day I see uniforms, worn by strange men,
I curse whenever I see, an Isra...alien
Men with beards and Kipot, are trying to create a theocracy,
While from leaders on both sides...more and more hypocrisy
Tanks drive past, making me shudder,
When their planes dropp bombs, its louder than thunder
In Al-Khalil, In Philistina,
The settlers harass my sister, and try to demean her
All the west needs, is a bit of education,
About the brutality of Israeli occupation
Every morning I wake up, and say Modeh Ani,
Why am I praying to the G-d, that lets this be?
Just like me, it would make you pale,
To see what’s going on in Eretz Yisrael
Every day we hear how their school books, are full of anti-Semitism,
Maybe that’s why they hate us, and love terrorism
I hate having to hear, ‘bout the latest rocket attack,
I’m just glad the army are here, watching my back
We’ll defend Israel from terror, with all that we are,
Because Im tirtzu ein, zo agadah
