Discerning Poem by Satish Verma

Discerning

Rating: 4.0

After descent was
a puerile attempt to save
the virgin's blues.

Blind faith kills one-all.
You bow down to touch feet of
semiclad idols.

Your half-grief to sell
the portrait of insane god
will go waste today.
