Dissapointment Poem by Autumn Banks

Dissapointment

you were the one person i trust with my secrets
i told you everything, i tried to communicate with you
at you shut me out of your circle
i guess i don't fit into your future, whatever

but i really did care for you, anything i'd give to you
if you needed hug or a shoulder to cry, i wouldv'e there
but i feel i shouldn't care

i never thought you were the type to let my hand go
you left me & i left you there it was so long ago
in the rain, but atleast i tried to find you
but you just went on home, & when i saw you again
you smile & pretend that you're my friend

before then, i cared for you, everything i'd give to you
if you told a lie & said you were right, i wouldv'e been you're allaby
& it's funny because i really don't care

i'm turning the other cheek to you
& i'm never looking back, for so many years your flaws didn't phase me
but now i see the light, i won't put up with your abuse, you don't deserve
me
i shoud've left you in the rain

love is sometimes sad, but be cheerful, love will reborn at the right time..
