Distance Poem by Brittanee Warren

Distance

Distance is no longer my friend,
forcing me to be spreated from him.
I can not touch his solf lips, all i can do is hear him
Say I love you though the phone

Distance keeps us apart,
stops me from hearing the beat of his heart.
from feeling the warmth of his kiss
seeing the stars in his eyes.

Distance is what I have grown to hate.
The mile between us begins to hold
our faith.
Scared It might seal our faith distance we have grown to hate.
