Distance
There is distance between trees
So they would have enough room to grow
There is distance between the stars
So they could see each other’s light
There is distance between friends
So there would be always new things to say
The distance between you and me
Unlike the distance between
Trees
Stars
And friends
It is the distance of two parallel lines
What makes them never intersect
