Ange de Lune

Distraction - Poem by Ange de Lune

What is that you hear
A Siren's song playing oh so near
Voices tempting
Image so alluring
Solitude of the mind
Senses yearning to find

What is that captures your eyes
To moment of sighs
Lost in a primal dance
A memory of a glance
Feeling softness cradled against
Such a red luscious scent

What is that you desire
Thoughts to take you higher
taking flight into passion's depth
consuming fervour that is kept
real with the touch you only know
innately responds to show

What is that you truly need
given in freedom that does not impede
the path taken together in kind
with the divine wind seeking to find
the space between rage and serenity
you filled with loving peace so let it be
