The Sparkling fireworks in the sky
So beautiful to see
The delicious sweets prepared at home
By family members and me

We visit friends and relatives
Exchanging gifts & joy
The children in the family
Are excited for their new toy

The season brings freshness
We begin the year a new
Diwali speaks of Good over evil
A message so pure & true

The season comes once in a year
Its vacation time heal
I wish Diwali is everyday
And that's what I feel
