don't touch it
if govt. gives you something free
refuse it
don't take anything free from anyone
it's a trap
they use 'first give and then take' formula
it's an old technique
of psychological blackmailing
they give you very less
and try to take out maximum
from you
it's a type of cheeting
part of corruption
Philosophers say, it is reciprocity.
