Do Something Poem by Scarlett Voight

Do Something

Take off those OLD PAIR OF JEANS
Make a fresh start
Grab some shorts or
Just run around in your underwear

RIGHT NOW, you need to
Get your priorities straight
EXPERIENCE the world
Enjoy your FREEDOM
While you can

The earth is full of possibilities
Like the endless OCEANS
Filled with fish
Like you and I
The same, yet so distinctly different
Unique

WRAP UP the stress
And show a little HOSTILITY!
IT'S ALL ABOUT being crazy,
Wild, loony
Just lose it.

IS HE READY to see you
Like this?
Probably not
Who cares! You aren't the VILLAIN!
You're the Opportunist,
Speak with your own mind
Have your VOICE be heard
Go out with an EFFICIENT enough bang
To have everyone notice you
'Cause baby
You're worth ever minute of their time
