Do you know what you've done?
Do you have any idea?

I have a few thing to say,
A few things to tell you.

You pushed me to my limits,
To where I couldn't take anymore.

You made me cry,
You made me scream.
You even began to haunt my dreams.

You made me feel vulnerable,
Weak and insecure.

And because of this,
I have one thing to say.
Thank you.

Do you know what you've done?
Do you have any idea?

I have a few thing to say,
A few things to tell you.

You made me stronger,
So I can deal with things more.

I tears I cried cleansed me,
The screams became a release.
The dreams, now mere memories.

Vulnerablity, weakness, insecurities.
All of these things helped to show,
That I am indeed human.

And because of this,
I have one thing to say.
