Do You Know Me? Poem by Jess Terry

Do You Know Me?

Rating: 4.0

do you know me,
like you say you do,
or is it a popular beleif,
your friend told you

You think like the others,
just another one of the swarm,
you say your not like them,
but i could of sworn

Everyone thinks of me,
as some heartless cow,
but thats not my future,
not here nor now

so do you judge,
your books by their cover,
just think that their the same,
as any other

so do you really know me,
like you think you do,
i just wanna know,
what did i do to you?

I like this poem, it's good. The only constructive critisism I have for you is that there are quite a few spelling and grammer mistakes you should edit out but besides that I like it.

Your poems impress me and move me. Wonderful pace and lyrical balance. You have a good ear and inward eye. Keep on writing.
