So many people to life have come to and have gone
But no matter who comes or goes life does go on
People are born to life for to die
But that life goes on forever is not a lie
People seem to age quickly beyond their physical prime
Eventually we all become victims of time
The praises of celebrities the masses may sing
But equality to everyone death it does bring
And life does go on and time becomes everyone's foe
And the ageing today were the young of three decades ago
Life does go on and time ticks away
And we can only live in the now and the now is today
And life does go on as it always has done
And tomorrow will dawn but not for everyone.
