Doggy Parade Poem by Marilyn Lott

Doggy Parade

Rating: 1.0

She’s cute as she can be
Her owners are aware
She’s got some little bows
In her very well brushed hair

So fluffy and so groomed
The sweetest little face
I’m sure that it could win
The honor of first place

Some are wearing jackets
With collars really bright
A pretty orange outfit
With fur as black as night

It’s time for them to gather
Tongues ploppin’ out with glee
Teeth shinin’ just like stars
Like a little doggy sea

Over there is an adorable
Pooch with a coat and hat
I’ll bet if you would ask him
He’d go sit right on his mat

So gather ‘round folks
As they go through their paces
Watch the Doggy Parade
With those sassy little faces!
