An ego trip is not necessary
To open a channel of communication
Between father and mother
Or men and women
Or even other family members
Especially now during lock down
It's totally unnecessary to raise your voice
Given the quietness of the streets
It's absolutely important
To listen to each other
And discuss issues in a sober manner
It's totally unacceptable
To raise your fist
And inflict malicious damage
On your companion or child
It is with extreme caution
That we should all navigate this lock down period
Domestic violence and any other forms of abuse are not allowed
