Don'T Forget It Poem by dun one

Don'T Forget It

Rating: 5.0

I am one and you are me
As she is green and so are we
There will be nights and days for three
Silver rain taps the floor
Footsteps creep up to the door
Knock knock in the night
Come on in out of sight
Please just don’t tell me about your sins
Voices call through the walls
Room rings quite noise for each and all to hear it
Rips and tears with threads of white
Time travel through the night to let your beams shine down on me
Sparkles painted on the trees
No one knows what’s after me
Chasing round and round the sun
Daylight brings a strange close treat
All is in and out of reach
Shattered diamonds in the hall
Sleepy spirits float up tall
Buildings catch the ghosts
Certain things are gone and never can return
Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t yearn
Slightly confused by what was lost along the way
Each and every day is you
Blue
Cannot be forgotten what lies inside
A place inside with a million thrills
So don’t forget it when you get the chills
