Done And Dusted Poem by Frederick Nellist

Done And Dusted

They call it time expired
at least I wasn't fired
I didn't get a clock.

Now I've got a Job for life
at home with the wife
Never a day off.

I'll get an old age pension
I almost forgot to mention
Rich at last.

No reason for me to perspire
with my feet up by the fire
Hope they don't fray.

No more clocking nine till five
a once in a life time nose dive
I'm young at heart.
