Donuts And Coffee



I've fallen hostage to the glaciers,
Feet away from horizon of the sun.
The winds push me into their icy pools,
Regret soon followed by the damage done.

Bury myself beneath the ocean waves,
Began to set fire to the weeds galore.
I watched the ocean fall into flames,
Falling deeper into the earth's core.

Break through the glass,
Cut through the bone.
Hunting for the fixated sanity
Of one who can't spot the lack of my own.

Soon put to justice,
Locked within the bone.
If silence is kept,
Reasons won't be shown.

My mouth cut open,
I watched the blood run.
Kept track of lost organs,
So much for biting my tongue.

I'm held hostage by my surroundings
My options narrowed down to one.
When I can't handle these thoughts of you,
It's quite simple; I run
