Dream Girl Poem by Santanu Nandi Purkayastha

Dream Girl

Rating: 5.0

DREAM GIRL

O, I thought of a girl,
With whom I shall fall in love.
Heart to whom I shall give thee.
With beauty and pleasure of the world,
I would adorn the life of thee.
Never would I, make her weep,
And let her in allay and worries.
I would be there, beside her
To embrace all the trouble and grief.

With face so innocent,
Gentle and calm
That’s no other than the
winner of my loving heart.
Every morn with my rise,
I will see her face to smile.
And would keep her looking,
Till with her beauty,
I become rich enough.
She would be worthy of praises,
For her broad eyes and beautiful smile.
Her Spanish lips, staring which
I would forget myself for a while.
