I Am A Man Poem by Santanu Nandi Purkayastha

I Am A Man

I AM A MAN

I have immense strength,
That can break mountain
and turn it into particles.
I have immense will,
Which can turn the river course
And even can make the ocean dry.
But I want to remain silent,
As lethargy has arrested me.
Corruption has distracted me.
I am not in my-self.
I speak in a tone,
And acts in other.
With a musk I am a respected one,
Without it poor self reflects.
I am split personality,
As I am a man.

I am claver, I am cunning.
I am opportunist.
And can silent all existence threat,
So I am superior than other life.
I can change wrong to right,
And again right to wrong.
As I am superior than other life.
I AM A MAN, I AM A MAN.
