Dreamer Poem by Natalie Linda Harrison

Dreamer

He has lived more dreams
Than I have wished
And wished for nothing
That I have seen

For he has been
Beyond boarders of red stone
And sailed oceans of flowing salt
He has climbed runes half dust
Howled hot blooded on snow covered mountains
And ate the most ordinary bread beside
The most momentous of monuments

To live a day
In a dream of his
Would grant a wish
I would only dream to believe
