Dreams
Happy dreams
And the nightmares
You wake in screams
Or with not a care.
Some are real
Some are fake
Some can feel
Like you’re awake.
They hold your thoughts
And your worst fears
They can hurt you
You wake in tears.
Your head is smart
To want this dreams away
Those in your heart
Held at bay.
Those you love
Those you lost
Some high as a dove
Only seen in a dream
Until your both high above.
