Dreams Poem by Rose Moultrie

Dreams

Here I sit underneath our tree
Thinking of everything we might be
Here I sit underneath the stars
While my mind drifts as far as mars
I think of him 24/7
I can't believe we've been friends since age 11
Love of my life my soul mate
Don't you remember our first date
Sitting down at the beach
Not a bad thought in my reach
But then I go back
My mind switches track
This is just a dream
Even though it may seem
So realistic so to true
But you'll never say
I love you

what an innocent thought that has been clearly depicted! i wish you had your expected love back in its purity and pride towards your life ahead. keep penning such wonderful experiences, thoughts and passions, you might boldly swim across the deep blue waters of life easily. God bless. I have posted a few lines today, kindly look at it and see its worth a review. thanks.
