Dreams That Graze The Fingertips Poem by Robert Hilary

Dreams That Graze The Fingertips

have you ever pondered upon the horizon yonder, and thought of dreams that graze the tips of your fingers, as they coyly escape your outstretched grasp, as you reach for them with a yearning in your heart, untill like a gazelle they prance before you, and past. from the first dream to the last, ever wondering at the path, to which you take and remain steadfast, wandering a road, that climbs to the top of the mountain, drinking from the water of life, of gods fountain, raising your eyes on high, to the lord, as with a smile he pours into your soul, filling your chalice, sharpening your sword. baering the weight of all you have done, loving you as a father, calling you son. knowing he is truth, and knowing you are one. and into and upon him he settles upon you from deep within your heart, whispering his art, unto the deepest secrets within the depths of your soul. overflowing within you untill you are whole. and always granting, with peace and grace, as he grazes your fingertips, to let you know of the space, between dreams and what he has in store. <3 <3 <3
I love you higher <3
