He used to be my world
He used to be my everything
He was my reason for existence
The one I loved and cherished
But things seem to have changed

He was there for me always
But suddenly he abandoned me
When I'd see him, I'd light up and feel happy
But now his memory brings bitter cold tears
He said he'd forever be my friend
Just like he said he'd love me
But it's all come to an end
Just like our friendship

Through out the years we grew close
But within a couple of months we've drifted apart
He used to be my best friend
He used to be my everything
How did things so suddenly changed?

I'll always hold him in my heart
But never in my arms again
Because we've grown far apart
In my memory he'll always stay
Because he seems to have gone away
But that's o.k. because I'll always love him
Even when he's gone I know he's in my heart
