Drip Poem by Susannah Bryan

Drip

drip
drip
drip
I watch the drops of rain slip from leaves. They dropp to the ground to break into a million pieces. They have shattered. Even if for an instant they are no more. But what is amazing is as that moment in time fades away the shattered pieces continue to fall to become one again. They heal themselves to become stronger. To become puddles, streams, rivers, lakes. Maybe one day an ocean.

I really like this! It's really uplifting. And I like the symbolism of the water. Very nice.
