Her finger was on the trigger,
The gun stuck in my mouth.
The tension slowly grew bigger
And so did my doubt.
'You're not going to' I tempted.
She growled and pushed further.
Maybe I shouldn't have tested
but I wanted to mess with her.
She was my first love,
I was another one of her sheep.
Will I ever experience true love,
Before she sends me off to sleep.
She put the gun away,
A smidge of hope went through me
This wasn't my last day,
Which was very confusing.
'I'll let you off this time'
Her words echoed in the room.
'May I ask why? '
'I think I'm in love with you.'
I gasped but she just smiled.
At first I thought it was a dream.
I couldn't believe my eyes,
when she bent down and kissed me.
