Dying Goodbyes - Poem by josie mcmillan

As I lay dying
seeing the eagle flying
I close my eyes
from all the goodbyes
somethings seem to be unreal
but they are more real than I
the nightmare is just begining
from all the difficulties
and hatred used for all
the wrong and right reasons
as i breathe the light turns
to darkness

just so you all know josie is jossett mcmillan

Excellent personal piece, that took me way outside and placed me on my back thinking.
Nice one Josie. Keep it up. Will be looking for more.
    Regards. Craig.
