Dylan's Prize (4-8-08) Poem by Barry Van Allen

Bob Dylan won a Pulitzer,
I wonder if he knows? ,
The press release that I have seen,
says everything about almost everybody else.
... except for him!

Oh! , It is an ' Honorary ' prize, it seems,
I guess that means, no money!
He is going to live out on the streets,
a little longer, I suppose!

If I understood his music,
and all his words that I have learned,
Bob would want to join the same club,
... as Groucho!

If not before - - - surely, now!
