Each Passing Second - Poem by angela coon
Each passing second i think about you,
When the seconds turn into minutes hours go by.
Each passing second i think about where i went wrong,
The wrongs turn to rights after each passing minute goes by.
Each passing second i try to catch up,
Catch up to everyone else.
As im running at the speed of light,
I can see my life pass by.
Each passing second i think about the past,
And as im looking back i cant remember when i saw you last.
The minutes go by and turn into hours,
and i can see you standing there.
As each passing second goes by,
it turns into minutes, hours, then days.
And as each passing day goes by,
i find myself deeper into this maze.
