Flowing endlessly over the edge
with tremendous power and strength
A swift downward force beckons
an inner focus to expand in length
Taking a plunge with visual concentration
Listening to a fervor that engulfs surrender
All thoughts release from their clinging ledges
cascading into a surging river of splendor
Rushing with a force that slowly dissolves
into a placid lake of tranquil reflections
Trees and fauna are peacefully mirrored...
Consciousness is free of worldly distractions

The power of one own mind to meditate, is the main reason I practice Tai Chi. Even when I cannot be still in the traditional state of meditation, the form has the power to bring peace to my heart and soul. A clear and tranquil poem on the art of finding serenity. Smiling at you Tai
