Easy Livin' Poem by Christopher Groves

Easy Livin'

Snags, reminding me of the past
Thinkin none of the things I said will last
But then I remember how much you care
I would argue, but I wouldn't dare
Your easy goin, easy livin
Just got a drink, just sippin
Sittin on the curb, thinkin about life
Nothing to worry about, no strife
Know the paychecks comin
Ain't gotta worry about a wife
Spendin money not a worry in mind
Thinkin about time, its all mine
Workin my way to the top of my limit
Knowing eventually I'll win it
Watching the new ones get used to the flow
New to the world, they still don't know
Its easy livin here, here on earth
Except for the concept of birth
Pain that brings another new one
Someone you could possibly, call son
An American dream as popular as Herpes and Hotdogs
Hurts like spicy mustard, and hot sauce
Its an ever lasting development
Never gonna end like a naked picture, that you sent
Slow flow, new low, get down on the floor
Get back up, and walk out the door
Go sit on your curb and contemplate your actions
Not for today but for tomorrow's satisfaction
Get up and go cook some food up in your kitchen
So you can prepare for tomorrows easy livin..
