Ebony Days.. Poem by Manju Mariam Behanan

Ebony Days..

It's a rainy day.
I rushed to see the way.
When I'm standing on my balcony,
I wished to cherish the honey.

Unforeseen; one drop of rain
Falled on my eyes to vain.
Again one drop on my eye lash
I realized it's for the tears to wash.

Tears on the eyes can wash off;
Bt void in the heart is on the roof.
Still the sea of agony,
In the mind looks like ebony.

It's better to alter the revoked
And it's the moment to be evoked.
To heal the pain 's like a darn,
But rose is divine even in its thorn.
