As has been in circus
-dog is caught in a game,
-seems to be playing but it is defying
-the leash that is on neck while walking!

The cute, small dog
-is black like midnight
-in desert; young lamb lost…

Is chilly after rain
-and nippy with breeze
-of the Fall and Autumn.

The woman who masters
-the pet and the pavement
-looks to be out of time
- (sighs with thoughts
-and anger; on and off!)

Does she think of payments?
- (No money and delayed?)
-or thinks of her husband?
-possibly boyfriend!

Looks to be too young for
-schooling, children;
- (but who knows!)

It could be something else!

Whatever her world is
-is not dog's, it varies
-dog is tied, forcibly;
-loves to live, be free.

The owner is master
-to the poor slaved pet
-same as the animals
-with circus trainer…
-how can love the fire
-when free is tiger?
