Effortless Poem by Can I Live?

Effortless

Although I…
Am slowly collapsing under strain…
I find some sort of satisfaction in knowing that
I have absolutely no thought where to turn…
And I must rely on your judgment to take the wheel.
I think I will simply lay my arms out beside me
And allow my wings to go limp…
And let the steady stream of solid voices hold up my head.
Carried among a crowd of faith,
An effortless extension of my heart, my arms, my love…
Effortless, utterly…
Effortless.

Attention: This poem is not about a higher being. Thank you.

Actually... it has nothing to do with a higher power, no... I was referring to my friends who have held me up through hard times. I don't believe in higher powers.
