Ellis In Wonderland Poem by Alfred Ramos

Ellis In Wonderland

The Earth is her canvas
Her thoughts on paper a rainbow
She paints the entire spectrum
Interprets every form of art
Every breath a fresh invention
Words flow like a spilt paint can
Sealing every crevice
Adorning every floral thought
Fantasy intercepts reality
A stroke of her pen an amusement park ride
She envelops you with her candied tongue
Stimulating your senses to ecstasy
She ravishes you with primal instincts
Injecting subliminal hues
Into our core of understanding
Yet she chases the hare into the unknown
Taking us with her for our enjoyment
