Elusive Happiness Poem by Somali K Chakrabarti

Elusive Happiness

Rating: 5.0

A

whiff of

sweet fragrance

wafting through air,

crisp ray of sunshine

in a misty morning that

vanishes as soon as it

appears; Elusive happiness

finds us and fades away as we seek

it frantically at each turn along the way

Elusive happiness is like a vanishing mirage in vast desert. - '...finds us and fades away as we seek it frantically at each turn along the way.' A well articulated piece of poetry, insightfully penned in beautiful poetic structure with conviction. Thanks for sharing Somali. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
