Emotions



Emotions are the foe of gain,
They reign the heart and ruin the brain,
They clutter the mind like a rotten drain,
But determination in vein is the road to fain.

Use the cane, when you see yourself in utter disdain,
Bear the pain, your efforts will never go in vain,
Wipe the stain, but never refrain.
Life is like rain; it has both pain and gain.
