Enchantress Poem by Anurag Talukdar

Enchantress

Rating: 5.0

She is a voyager,
Travelled across the seas.
I am a domesticated hog,
Bounded by my irrational morality.
She is an enlightened enchantress,
Performed across the galaxies.
I am a decaying corpse,
Strangling slowly all my dreams.
Her laughter sprinkles spring,
Her voice inspires dreams.
I am simply nobody,
Worst, just an obliterated memory.
