End Of Summer Flowers Poem by Marilyn Lott

End Of Summer Flowers

Rating: 5.0

Delicate pink Rose buds
Dark red are my roses as well
As autumn sends many colors
Making the color chart swell.

A gentle pink Geranium
As Cora Bells are looking on
Begonias are close beside and then
A white one so big and strong.

A brilliant pink Hollyhock
Says goodbye to summer too
The last flower of the season
They were faithful, warm and true.

The Rainbow Rose and Nasturtium
Their orange so striking to me
But that blends in with autumn
So welcome they are to see.

A pink Sedium and Cora Bells
Bright pink I enjoy the most
Oh yes, end of summer flowers
They'll fade like a Halloween ghost!
