Erotisea Under Atlantic { Love Song For The Mermaid }

_____(I) The Notion______

Savoring midnight
in Atlantics soul,
soundless and weightless
we....gravity-free
breeze o'er coral,
erotically fixed;
will you come to me?

_____(II) The Dream______

Your touch scales my back...
yet it burns so fine;
you yearn warm waves,
white and rapid
Come with me....explore
the rapture, here, now,
Time and breath be scant,
the surge through our flesh,
as the tide rips hard
rising quite high....,
within the nethers.....
[mmm...mmm...mmm...mmm...mmm]
of virile current!

____(III) The R E M_____

I am yours.....you, mine
'til next breath we take,
'pon resurfacing...
from warm, potent depths
of parallel, south sixty-nine.
Erotica, blue
Atlantica, rouge
bonds love, then lament
climatic soul mates
in a Dream....dying...dying.

____(IV) The Wish___

And soon I'll miss you,
each cord of my Heart
be shredded in rue
that this Dream I dreamed
would not heed my wish,
that this Dream
be no dream, and
come o'er again -
again, and again,
amorous fantasies,
upon the coraled carpet
of the sea, our sea;
please tell me a way
my wish become true,
that this Dream I dream
sees realities beacon...,
or else lay me to deepest sleep.

___(V) The Realization & Final Wish____

Sweet Atlantica,
what can I do, now?
I cannot exist
in your breathless world;
May we meet again?
I will wait by the shore
for another Dream
and a final wish:
May I never wake.

Long have I loved 'The Little Mermaid' and Tom Hanks in the film 'Splash', but your poem is more serious and more real, somehow. This is truly lovely, and very well-written!
