like so many before us
we come of love
that a man and woman make
and coming of age the two of us look at each other
and we desire,
and we are aroused, and we make love
and bring in turn others to this world;
and our magical lives are encircled with love:
and in turn we too turn into grounds
where rodents revel and worms make love
