Every Blue Kill Poem by Patti Masterman

Every Blue Kill

Every blue kill
Rises up warm from the almost-guilt,
Old minds usurp the present
Curious, obdurate thoughts:
The blazing sister of the profligate
Is animal lusting in pale brains.
