Everything You Are Poem by Cory Jensen

Everything You Are

Give me your hand, entrust me with it all.
Your heart, your smile.
Every dropp that you can recall.
Don't fret, my darling.
You shouldn't hold any fear.
Everything of yours is going to be right here.

Wipe your crying eyes, straighten your back.
There are no reasons.
For you to look like that.
I will cause no pain or suffering of the body.
Everyone you know wears a mask.
I'm bearing my true colors, I'll hold your hand.

If you shall ask, why I ask so much.
Its not because I wish you'll fail.
Ringing clear and true
The skies hold my love for you.
Why I ask for your very soul,
If you give me your everything.
I'll give you my all.
