Everywhere Poem by Allysyn Bryant

Everywhere

When I wake you’re never there
But when I sleep you’re always there
You’re everywhere
I wish someone could tell me how it got this far
And why you’re there and who you think you are
Cuz every time I look you’re never there
But every time I close my eyes, you’re always there
You’re everywhere
Trying to forget how you make me feel
Making my blood heat, you make my emotions spill
Whether they’re fake or real
I don’t know, and personally, I no longer care
With the sound of your voice I smile
With the touch of you’re hand my head spins
With your kiss … I’m gone
You’re everywhere
I know when you’re in the room
Before I ever set eyes on you
When you look at me
I can feel your eyes burning through me
With Passion, lust, or love?
I can’t tell the difference of any of the above
Everywhere I turn
I think f you
Every time I close my eyes
I see you’re smiling face
Even sitting in the silence
It’s your voice I hear
You’re everywhere
