Evil's End Poem by Nick Lacey

Evil's End

The towers come down with a loud blast
From that point on, we're doomed to relive the past
Distractions caused for alternative reasons
The tide has shifted, and it's a new season
A season of corruption and immoral lying
A season of oil and civilians dying
But now it's time for the season of truth
The season for the enlightenment of the youth
To stop all the killing and all the violence
We are the generation to end the quietness
To spread peace and love throughout the land
And let all the corrupt evils be damned.
