Ex John Doe Poem by Bull Hawking

Ex John Doe

I am an ex John Doe

Really.....that used to be my name

And I was her John

Kneeding her dough

Before I gave her the loaf

I was a terrific loafer

Wearing pennies in my eyes

Singing like a mountaineer

Playing my saw by ear

Just a nibble....on porpoise

Stroking her fins

With my chin

Now they call me Willie

Slick huh?
