Exorcise Their Demons Poem by John Sensele

Exorcise Their Demons

Rating: 1.0

Exorcise the demon
Connubial conspirators caress and buttress
As their salvo sneaks into a lemon
Their trifles weave to stress

The verses of stress they will and deal
Into the vanity and insanity they flaunt
Drinking their heads off until inanity they can no longer heal
The more your worth their machinations haunt

In the vain hope God's will they can frustrate
Bothering and gathering in conspiratorial corners
Where acidic actors, detractors and subtractors at any rate
Inspire and respire their irritating ire with their partners

To persecute and prosecute the plan God has purposed
Long before your life gifted, lifted and shifted the light of day
Much too oblong and long before they ran cursed
For breeds, feeds, misdeeds and sarcasm seeds they proclaimed everyday

When assiduously you played your smart part
In realizing and serializing goals you collectively sought
Without realizing serpents in their heart
Reducing and seducing your efforts into illusions their minds caught

In a web of intrigue
Without shambolic shame they pushed forward
Cavorting in anions and cations in skies of the lopsided league
Where evil intentions crushed and rushed for a risible reward

Wicked winds blew and flew
Denouncing and pronouncing their petty plots victorious
Convinced their evil efforts cemented the glue
Between layers of the downfall God proclaimed notorious

On the day pesky punishment sailed through
Wintry webs of restoration
Their pesky plots did rapidly rue
At the time plotters each in turn sustained without salvation a pesky perforation.

Lol. The poetry is bristling with profundity the demonic entities are quibbling in their firmaments of darkness. Great express poem.
